The new 3” downpipe ditches the stock cat to maximize flow. The downpipe was also wrapped in exhaust wrap to prevent heat from damaging anything else around it.
A 3” exhaust was fabricated with spare tubing that Lars had lying around the shop.
Opy loaded up on the trailer to compete in the Hoopa Hillclimb! Opy got a roof scoop to help keep Lars cool for the impending hot weather.
Remember the smaller radiator to fit the bigger intercooler? That caused Opy to overheat in the 108F temps.
Opy got a bit too hot at the rear bumper too. Lesson learned, next time a longer exhaust tip to clear the bumper.
