Behind the Smoke Episode 2: Flying Drift Car

Our friends at the GT channel have just released episode 2 of the series Behind the Smoke, The series follows Team Falken Pro Drifter Dai Yoshihara, his Crew Chief Scott Dodgion and Engineer Mike Kojima throughout the 2011 Formula D season.
In this episode you can see the team doing pre season testing at Willow Springs raceway where Dai manages to drift while airborne. The camera’s didn’t capture his most spectacular moves getting air while sliding but you can see the first time he got air.
The latter part of the episode Dai talks about how the earthquake in Japan has affected him and what he is doing to help and how the viewers can join him to help support the recovery efforts in Japan..
