Stay tuned to MotoIQ as we are gathering all the engine parts necessary for a full tilt VR38DETT engine build, and of course we will be using the AMS/King Apha bearings. Our goal is to build a very streetable 1200hp engine that is capable of withstanding the boost needed for up to 2000 hp. We are going to be using a Genuine Nissan block with a Boost Logic lower girdle to reduce flex in the main cap area for better bearing life. AMS has just produced a beautiful and exceedingly strong all billet block for even higher outputs, but we felt that this was going to be an overkill for our application.
