Fluidampr announces an all-new race inspired performance crankshaft damper for the popular 1993-2005 Mazda MX-5 Miata. Features a 10% underdrive water pump drive pulley designed to help prevent cavitation and overheating at high rpm. Installation compatible with OE and Mazdaspeed tone wheel and does not require loosening crankshaft bolt. Four bolt mounting interface allows for continued NASA and SCCA compliance*. Damper includes recommended grade 12.9 M6x16mm fasteners. SFI 18.1 certified. Part number #521001. MSRP $490.

A recommended GATES part number K040335 or equivalent 34” serpentine belt is required to replace the stock water pump and alternator belt. The air conditioning and power steering belt may remain stock. Additional Mazda B series engine fitments also include the 1992-1996 Mazda MX3 and 1995-2003 Mazda Protégé.
