Top Gear USA Premieres Sunday November 21st on History Channel

As big fans of the UK version of the program we’re super excited to see what the History Channel can do with it over here! The show will be hosted by Tanner Foust, comedian Adam Ferrara and Rutledge Wood, a racing analyst from the Speed Channel. A couple weeks ago our very own Mike Kojima and Dave Coleman were invited to a recording of the show out at El Toro (the decommissioned airbase in Orange County). There’s a lot of haters out there that say an American version of the show can never compare to the original, but hopefully these guys can build that kind of chemistry with one another that makes the UK version so great! Keeping with tradition, the American version will also feature a Stig and the celebrity guests driving reasonably priced cars. Sure, the British version of the show will be a tough act to follow, but at least we’ll be able to recognize more of the guests they have on the American version!
