Don’t Die! Lifeline Increases the Safety of Project S13 Do It All!

Although we were reluctant to use it, Lifeline really recommended their electrical activation system to us.  For us things that need batteries always seem to not work when you need them too but Lifeline assured us that electrical systems have improved greatly over the years and their system has a self-test button and indicator light to test the battery before driving. The power consumption of the systems is a lot lower than it has been previously as well.  The system comes with two trigger buttons, one for the driver and one for the outside of the car that a fire crew can activate.

Lifeline also recommended these auto-trigger sensor wires.  The red one is for the engine compartment while the green one is for the drivers compartment.  When these wires melt with heat caused by a fire, they will automatically and reliably trigger the system with no user input needed.  This is perfect if you get knocked out by the crash and the car starts to burn.  They are wired in line with the valve.

The system comes with aluminum tubing for the Novec, unions, junction fittings for the nozzles, base module wiring, and fire sleeve to protect the wiring, everything you need to install the system.

We feel that a fire system can do more than just protect your body, a good fire system can also prevent or reduce damage to your car by a big amount.  Don’t let fire happen to you!
