GTA Pro-Am Series by Shift-S3ctor – 2013 Season Info
The team at GTA is proud to announce a partnership with Shift-S3ctor. Together they're launching a Southern California based “Pro Am” Time Attack Series for 2013. Registration is open to everyone* and as always they will limit registrations to ensure lots of open track time. The first event of the season is Feb 2 at Buttonwillow – sign up right away!
GTA has come together with Shift-S3ctor to bring you a 4 event Pro Am series right here in Southern California. The GTA Race Director and the GTA Tech Steward will be on hand at each event to tech and classify cars.
*The GTA Pro Am by Shift-S3ctor 2013 is an advanced track event, drivers with no track experience should refrain from registering. We highly recommend that all drivers are current NASA members, you can apply here. We do not require it, but We strongly recommend that all drivers satisfy NASA’s HPDE-3 run group requirements, more info here.
The series will visit some of the best local circuits, including Buttonwillow, Chuckwalla, and Willow Springs. This is a points based series, with winners receiving trophies at each event, and the series winner receiving trophies and more at the end of the series. They will also be incorporating a “TEAM” championship into the series. Teams can have as many entrants as they wish, with the top 2 finishers from each team scoring points towards the “TEAM” championship.

- Unlimited AWD, Unlimited RWD (FR,MR,RR), and Unlimited FF
- Limited AWD, Limited RWD (FR,MR,RR), and Limited FF
- Street AWD, Street RWD (FR,MR,RR), and Street FF
- Enthusiast AWD, Enthusiast RWD (FR,MR,RR), and Enthusiast FF

Shift-S3ctor and GTA are committed to making this series fun and competitive for all. Please note that Shift-S3ctor will continue to run Drivers Education run groups at these events. We welcome all of the regular track day attendees to come out and drive the same track and event as the GTA time attack competition.
