What the pulls revealed was an average of 220 WHP. According to the rules, Edik could only make 200 WHP for the weight of his car. It was argued that the dyno was reading higher than it should.

So, the Gruppe-S Scion tC was pulled up to the MCE Racing Dyno and spun the rollers to see if the dyno was indeed reading high. The TC had recently made 250 HP in an earlier dyno run. This time, it only pulled 216 HP, far lower than recorded by the Road Race Engineering Dyno at the start of the season! The car also appeared to have suffered a mechanical issue when it was pulled off the rollers.
