MotoIQ Radio: Ken and Robert Stout of Robert Stout Racing and Formula Drift Wall Speedway Preview

8:15-8:30pm PST – Robert Stout Racing debuted this car at the SEMA Show last year and it was an instant hit among the Scion Faithful. Knowing that the FR-S would be used as a legitimate pro race car gave many enthusiasts hope and a peek into the TRD Supercharger for the FR-S as well.

Robert and Ken Stout – As I mentioned, you will probably recognize the name, Ken Stout, from the Lucas Oil On The Edge televison series that covered everything from drifting, karting, to lawnmower racing and everything in between. Ken, Robert, and Lucas Oil all have history behind them and we'll talk about that and the GTS class FR-S that Robert is driving.

8:30 to Close –  Kerryann and I will preview Formula Drift Round 4 at Wall Speedway at Wall Township, New Jersey. The track I like to compare to a cheese grater since Formula Drift runs backwards when compared to the normal left hand turns that the short track guys run. Since the guardrail is designed for that direction it will tear up cars going the other.

The Cheese Grater! – As Tyler McQuarrie, Ryan Tuerck, and other drivers will testify to. We'll see if we can't get someone to come on with us to talk about it, too!
