The M4 GTS comes with a roll bar from the factory along with a fire extinguisher. I sat in the seat and it does hold you pretty well.
Twin turbos leads into a twin exhaust. The rear diff cover is heavily finned for cooling.
This might be the most complex exhaust I’ve seen on a car. There’s like three Y-joints per side. There’s an electric valve on the outermost pipes which should be the muffler bypass for maximum power and noise.
Of course, BMW knows a thing or two about motorcycles. The S1000 has been one of the fastest liter bikes on the market for a few years now.
The front-end reminds me a bit of a Transformer… anyway, the central air duct ingests ram air for, of course, more power.
With the big power the engine makes, a big radiator and oil cooler are required.
