Dai doing famous guys’ stuff, a TV interview or something.
We decided to do some cooking. A lot of the team are pretty good cooks so we made a final day feast. I did a prime rib using my family’s goof-proof recipe. I had to fudge it a bit to make up for the high altitude but it came out perfectly.
We had cream corn and garlic mashed potatoes amount other things. All of the food was great and better than any restaurant!
We made scratch-made pizza for appetizers, man the food was good. With an electric-powered car, we have more time for fun!
Race day was pretty worrisome. The mountain was shrouded in clouds and drizzly rain was falling.

Very cool! Congrats to Dai and the team! BEV has come a long way, and this format is perfect for the current state of battery tech. Exciting times!
Thank you!
Mike, these Pikes Peak race support stories are the best. When you talk about this car reaching the damping limits of conventional shocks, what are you options when that happens?
since we were using the stiffest commercially available springs, fortunately this was not an issue. If we had to somehow go stiffer, I would have to find another manufacturer and possibly do something like off-road shocks that have bigger pistons and more fluid flow.
