Since it’s been about 1.5 years since our last swap and we like to keep everything tip-top for magazine testing, we swapped in a new set of NGK Iridium plugs from Sparkplugs.com, our primary source for spark plugs (and many other things auto-related). In anticipation of a little more power, we went one step colder to DCPR9EIX. The car still idles and runs perfectly.
Sparkplugs.com is also a great source for anything having to do with sparkplugs, including marine or even lawn. Here’s a spark plug for my lawnmower, versus the crusty thing I pulled off of it.
When the sparkplug was installed, the lawnmower transformed into a caffeinated animal on a mission to satisfy its senses that were craving the destruction of grass, and to make my wife look silly.

There, you see? We told you we've been hard at play–I mean work–with this car. See you all very soon. To catch up on our Project M3 series, view all current articles HERE!
