The inner diameter of the HD clamp was slightly larger than the outlet of the turbo, so we had to clean up this ‘step’ to improve airflow.
After a bit of grinding, everything was nice and smooth.
The Borg Warner EFR compressor housings were taken to get vapor blasted (left), which gave the housings a nice, bright, matte finish.
Mario from TSR Fabrication completed the finish welding on the HD Clamps for the intercooler.
With the HD clamps finish welded, the CSF Intercooler was now complete.
We installed the turbo, charge pipe and intercooler and started work on fabricating the charge pipe from the intercooler to the throttle body.

That V-mount design and the way the air intake tucks in perfectly to the side is so cool. I still can’t wait to see the end product! Hopefully Mike can get some vids of it out of you for the YT channel.
