So many things good things have to come to an end and for us, we would like to move on to new projects and pass our Project FR-S to a new enthusiast. The car has been sitting and it deserves to go to a new owner. We feel that our FR-S is one of the best-built, most thoroughly sorted FR-S’s out there. It has pretty low mileage (less than 30k) as it hasn’t been driven much through the years. We have also sorted it well and it is track dialed in to be both an excellent road and track day car. We have had not only our experience dialing the suspension and aero but also had pro drivers like Dai Yoshihara and Tyler McQuarrie give feedback. Dai said wow this is the best handling FR-S I have ever driven and Tyler said wow don’t change a thing. Not kidding.
See all the cars features in extreme detail here!
Our car comes with a long list of top-quality parts professionally installed and dialed in by MotoIQ. All installations were documented on MotoIQ, tested, and verified to work well. You can read about and see in detail everything we have done here.
Let’s start with the engine:
Innovate water-to-air intercooled Supercharger System
Nameless Performance (Cosworth) Equal Length headers and catted mid-pipe (highest power headers on the market for the FA20)
Remark stainless exhaust system
Greddy ducted oil cooler
Fluidamper front pulley/balancer
CSF Cooling aluminum racing radiator
Antigravity super light lithium battery.
Kart Boy short shifter
Custom tuning by Church Automotive Testing (more power and more conservative than the Innovate original tune)
The car can run on the track during the summer without going into limp mode or overheating.
The Suspension on this car is truly awesome, works on the street but kills it on the track and even if you turned this car into a race or time attack car, you would give up nothing.
KW 3-Way adjustable damping, remote reservoir Clubsport Coilovers, Custom spring rates and damping
Whiteline adjustable anti-sway bars with spherical end links
Race Comp Engineering camber caster plates
Whiteline hard urethane subframe, transmission, and differential bushings
Full Wisefab Road Race Suspension kit, includes billet dropped knuckles and all suspension links and arms with a billet front lower control arm.
All Cusco under the hood, underbody, and trunk, bracing for maximum stiffness.
Cusco Master Cylinder brace
The car also has a super awesome Stoptech Trophy Brake system with 355mm front and 335mm rear rotors, Six Piston front, and two-piston rear calipers. The brakes are perhaps one of the best things on the car, absolutely no fade even under demanding track conditions, fully streetable, and great confidence-inspiring performance. One of the hardest stopping of all our Project cars. 60-0 in 94 feet!
The bodywork has fully functional yet streetable aero, bodywork makes good downforce, can be driven on the street without being destroyed and most of it is CFD designed and verified to work, no rice here even though this car has been to SEMA twice, and has actually won a car show!
Custom carbon front splitter by Afterhours Automotive
Verus Engineering CFD designed and verified front splitter add-ons, front canards, side skirts, rear diffuser, and flat bottom
Cognition CFD designed wing with custom adjustable mounts by Afterhours Automotive, Seibon carbon Trunk lid reinforced to handle aero load yet still be fully functional as a trunk.
Seibon vented carbon hood
Victory Function wide body front vented aerofenders with carbon vents and carbon air directors
Raceseng tow hooks, recovery straps and go pro mounts
Rays Gram Lights 57DR wheels 18×9.5 35mm offset
Falken RT660 tires, 245/35-18 (can fit some brands 265/35-18 tires without rubbing)
As we said you probably cannot find another FR-S that is so thoroughly figured out and sorted. We probably have over 30k in parts and labor invested in this car.
We are asking for $35,ooo or best offer for it.
We can also take it to even higher levels for you if you like, via our shop services.

Probably my favourite project on MotoIQ, although there have been so many excellent projects here and previously in SCC. Thank you for sharing the build up over the years- it has been equally interesting and informative.
Hope the new owner can enjoy the car at the track for many years to come.
That seems like a bargain for all the time, effort, and quality components.
Reading about all the headaches you guys went through with this project was one of the reasons I decided I didn’t want an FR-S/BRZ. However having one that you guys already sorted out all those issues is very appealing…….if it weren’t way beyond my current means.
