The front SuperPro adjustable sway bar features locating collars and two options for endlink mounting for suspension tuning. SuperPro also includes new mounting bushings and hardware.
After Howard wrapped up the suspension install, we headed over to the alignment and setup experts at West End Alignment. There is a reason West End is so well known and we always trust their service and expertise.
No lasers here folks, as they would just slow the guys at West End down and get in the way. These guys have mastered their craft and know exactly what to change to achieve your desired goals when it comes to suspension setup.
As a person that has done alignments with laser alignment machines, watching the guys at West End use their manual tools left me very impressed. They have this down to a science and the speed and efficiency they attack a car setup with really speaks to their level of experience doing this.
Now that we have wrapped up the suspension upgrades on Project Golf R, we are eager to get to the track and see how dramatic the changes will be.
The initial impressions of the changes on the road are very positive. The biggest surprise was the more connected feeling the engine mounts provided. The NVH in daily driving is just slightly more noticeable than stock, but the engine is much more fun to rev out as the sound is much more aggressive now.
