Radium Announces New Products for the Civic Type-R

The 2017+ Honda Civic Type-R is an amazing machine, and to make it even better, Radium Engineering has released several new products for the vehicle. See below for descriptions of the new line of products now available.
Port Injection Kits
The turbocharged K20C1 engine found in the 2017+ Honda Civic Type-R is direct injected, making fuel delivery modification for more power much more difficult. A way around this issue is to add auxiliary port injectors as a way to get more fuel into the engine.
This kit sandwiches between the intake manifold and the cylinder head and can accommodate aftermarket fuel injectors (not included). A custom fuel rail is included that features four 8AN ORB female ports, which allows for flexibility in plumbing of fuel lines and the adding of sensors or gauges.
Radium only offers the port injector kit parts shown. Fuel injectors must be sourced elsewhere. Fuel injector compatibility is explained on the product page linked below. Fuel system plumbing and control of the injectors must be figured out by the installer. This product is not specific to the Civic Type-R and can be used on any K20C1 engine application. Catch Can Kits
Direct injected engines can often suffer from carbon buildup on the intake valves because there are no port injectors spraying fuel on the valves, keeping them clean. This issue can be reduced by installing a catch can system.
The Radium Engineering dual catch can kit includes custom mounting brackets and all necessary fittings and hoses for a complete OEM-fit installation. As with all Radium products, no permanent modifications are needed for installation.
The PCV side catch can kit mounts behind the engine to pre-existing holes and interfaces with the PCV hose on the back of the engine.
The crankcase side catch can mounts to the right side engine mount and interfaces with the crankcase vent fittings on the opposite side of the engine.
The crankcase catch can uses a unique combination of hoses and hard tubing to complete the plumbing. All necessary parts for installation are included in the kits.

Coolant Tank Kit
The unsightly OEM coolant tank is constructed from plastic and can be prone to cracking after prolonged heat cycling. Radium Engineering now offers a replacement coolant tank that is CNC machined form aluminum.
The Radium coolant tank is now available as a bolt-in kit for the Civic Type-R. As with the other products for the Type-R, no permanent modifications are needed for installation and OEM functionality remains. For more information on this kit, Click Here.
