The Stillen intake really has an awesome on/off nature. The intake only becomes noticeable when you keep your foot planted on the gas at 3k RPM and above. When you do a rewarding growl is heard followed by a sinister hissing from the air-filters sucking in air to turn into power. Aesthetically this modification goes un-noticed unless you pop the hood. When you do the bright pipes and badging really look good compared to the dark plastic they replace.
Sort of visble behind all that chrome and all season tire goodness is our newly upgraded brakes.
With over 10 extra hp and more braking confidence we’ve achieved an aesthetic improvement and a nice jump in power to the wheels. There’s great sound reward and we’re really pleased with our first round results. Up next are even better sounds provided by Fast Intentions and their cat back exhaust system and high flow cats.
