To complement this advanced material compound WHITELINE'S bushings boast functional design features such as pin voiding and major articulation zones that deliver significant noise and vibration dampening while providing a superior method of elastomer flow control for improved steering and braking response. Simply they improve performance without compromising ride quality.
WHITELINE's internal bore knurling provides hundreds of pocket reservoirs to capture, store and distribute the bushing lubricant efficiently. A reduced diameter lip at either end of a bushing creates a seal to prevent any lubricant from escaping, while stopping external agents from entering. Basically they self lubricate to manage friction, heat build up and prevent premature bushing failure.
In addition, these performance elastomers exude characteristics that allow it to be bonded directly to a metal shell or casing, providing a superior method of elastomer flow control or progression giving the bushing the characteristics of soft ride while on smooth roads, and firmer for improved suspension performance when under cornering pressure.
