With 34 cars qualifying, the 3rd round of the 2012 World Challenge season was sure to be an exciting one. The Pirelli World Challenge race brings a little something different to the race fans as they have a standing start right in front of the main grand stands. You have no idea what you're missing until you see it first hand. Watching the AWD Volvo S60's launch is a thing of beauty.

Andy Pilgrim was able to overtake Randy Pobst on the 9th lap of the race going into turn 1 and never looked back. Randy would finish between both Pilgrim's and O'Connel's Cadillacs in the GT class. |
