Consensus: BEST IDEA!!!

 


 

The Dog II race car has a SR20VE so it uses the late model version of the SR crankcase venting system (explained on page 3).  A large hand fabricated air oil separator, with more baffles for better separation of oil, was added.  The can drains back into the crankcase so oil will be returned to the crankcase.  This works really well.  For any engine, especially ones that are raced, the self draining catch can is one of the best bets.
