MagnaFlow Announces its Newly Designed Performance Exhaust Systems for Both V6 and V8 2016 Chevrolet Camaros

The 2016 Camaro represents Chevrolet’s best attempt at making a pony car that is as great to drive as it is to look at. With a new engine and an excellent chassis, the car not only keeps up with its chief rival from Dearborn, but with many of the best coupes from Germany. The LT1 V8 retains the classic overhead valve configuration that made the LS series of engines so compact and torquey, but adds modern features such as direct injection and 11.5:1 compression. This means the engine is good for a deeply impressive 455 horsepower and 455 lb-ft of torque in stock form.
The 5th generation DOHC V6 from GM is no slouch in the performance department either. Boasting an output of nearly 100 horsepower per liter, the 3.6 liter LGX engine goes a long way towards dispelling the bad reputation of the V6 pony car. The LGX sounds great with a crisp and aggressive tone, especially towards its 7200 rpm redline but opening up the exhaust takes this V6 into a totally different category.
This new series of performance exhausts for the 2016 Camaro are available in either a cat-back or axle-back configuration as well as a very aggressive Race Series or more street-friendly Competition Series. No matter the configuration, these exhausts are designed to make power over the stock system unlike many systems from the competition. These systems are fully 50 state emissions compliant.
