Pro Italia’s Cafe Desmo – 2012

Food trucks on site.  It's LA.  You won't be left hungry.

The guys at Pro Italia have been building this thing.  It looks like a café racer on steroids as that appears to be a pretty decently sized V-twin hiding under the bodywork.  Being an air-cooled engine, the cutouts in the fairing shoot air straight over the heads.

The Honda RC30 had a spot (and an umbrella!) all to its self.  It's one of the few single-sided swing arm Hondas.

Paul Smart is a racer of legend in Ducati's history.

It looks to use an air-cooled V-twin.  I love the exposed belts and the dry clutch which is a common Ducati feature.

This 2007 Triumph Thruxton is a café racer styled inline-twin.  Unlike common sportbikes, a few of these café racer bikes only have a single front brake rotor.  If you look closely, you can see the turn signal integrated into the end of the handlebar.  Yes, that’s a dry carbon fairing.
