When looking at the bottom, both radiators’ fins go right to the edge, so measuring how wide it is here will be a better comparison of core thickness between the two units. It's time to whip out the digital caliper.
In the case of the stock unit, we get 46.2 mm…
…and when measuring the Koyorad, we get around 48.9 mm, which gives us roughly a 6% improvement in coolant capacity over stock.
The Koyorad radiator slips right into the stock place without worry, and the original Torx screws go right into the holes that are perfectly lined up.
The factory hose clamp fits right over the radiator inlet perfectly as well.
