| KRC recommends a mineral based non-synthetic power steering fluid which apparently runs cooler than the synthetic. Your local GM dealer sells it for about $9 per quart if you have trouble finding it! We disconnected the return line off the side of the reservoir and did a quick redneck rack flush–running the engine a few seconds to flow an entire quart through our rack before reconnecting it and topping it off. Ultrasonic cleaning is so bourgeoisie! |
