Ridden: Energica Eva Electric Motorcycle

,

A matching Brembo, OZ Racing, and Pirelli setup is found at the rear. You’ll want all the stick you can get with the torque the motor puts out which is 125 lbs-ft; that’s about triple what my 600RR puts out. Horsepower in the Eva is limited to 95hp with a top speed of 125mph.

The rear shock is easily adjustable in height and it looks to have a rebound adjuster at the bottom. More billet machined parts everywhere in the rear sets. The frame is good ‘ole tubular steel.

The motor is oil cooled and there’s a sight glass to keep tabs on the oil level. The case is heavily finned for cooling.

A small radiator is mounted up front which may be for the motor cooling oil or maybe for cooling the power electronics. The battery module shells are finned for cooling.
