In the Porsche performance hierarchy, the Cayman is the little brother to the 911. As such, the Cayman is typically seen in lower classes of racing. In this case, GTSport prepped the Cayman to Pirelli World Challenge Grand Touring Sport rules. The beauty of the Grand Touring Sport class is the relatively low cost of admission. From a performance standpoint, the cars are quite limited in modifications which helps keep the costs down. Of course, the devils are in the details and GTSport has done a great job with those details seeing how driver Jack Baldwin of the #73 car is leading the points after Round 6 in Detroit. We got a close-up of the #72 sister car driven by Buz McCall during the round in Long Beach.
