To make room for the HLS pump, the stock battery was removed. We will mount the ATX-30 battery and the KW HLS pump on the battery tray itself. That pesky tab that is in the way will have to be removed.
Jeff cuts off the pesky tab with the help of a pneumatic cut-off tool.
Next Jeff fabricated a bracket to hold the ATX-30 battery in place on the stock battery tray.
The ATX-30 battery and the HLS pump are mounted to the stock battery tray. The HLS pump is bolted to a fabricated bracket that uses the stock battery tie down locations. Everything nicely fits in the same place as the stock battery.
