The wastegates dump right out of the hood through these vents.  Early in the car's development, Fredric would complain that the car was too quiet and he could not feel what the motor was doing.  This should fix that!
The large plenum intake manifold is made by Chris Rado's company Descendent.
Even the valve cover of the 2AR is pretty high tech.  Let us show you.  The billet thing is the crank angle sensor for the AEM Infinity ECM.
The valve cover has a complexly baffled air oil separator.  This helps keep oil out of the intake and intercooler.
The cam control solenoids and their oil galleys are contained within the valve cover.  Yes the valve cover is cast from magnesium if you were noticing the color.
Cool running E85 means that a small intercooler can be used.  The car has a rear mounted radiator so the intercooler can be set deep within the car to help shield it from damage.
