These vanes on the lower control arm are turning vanes to assist the under-car vanes at the back of the wheel well.
The front brakes have very elaborate ducting that directs cooling air over the caliper and into the hat where it feeds the vanes of the rotor.
The front diffusers feeding into the wheel well are adjustable and you can actually tune the aero balance with the rear wing angle and these front diffuser reverse gurney flaps.
You can see the adjustment holes for the flaps here. To our knowledge, no other production street car has adjustable front aero like this!
