Ok, this isn’t such a great shot, I take responsibility for that but I wanted to show how well the AMS Bigmouth fit to the turbine housing.  The stock downpipe had a sharp 90 degree bend that necked down right here but the investment casting process enabled AMS to do a large diameter sweeping bend in the same space as stock.  Too bad it didn’t translate well to pictures!

Here is a better view of the AMS Bigmouth looking down from the top of the engine.  This is way in the rear of the engine up against the firewall.  You can clearly see the smooth bends here.  The S bend with a constant decreasing radius from the turbo outlet is the secret to having nice flow here and it would have been difficult to accomplish this with fabricated tube.

 
The custom MXP with the Magnaflow high flow cat is installed next.

 

Everything is fitting up quite nicely.  

 
Installing the ARC intercooler required the removal of the hanger rod from the OEM intercooler, and attaching it into the threaded hole on the ARC.

 

Here is a good look at the quality of the ARC intercooler.  Nice welding and all the proper tabs and fittings to assure a direct good fitting bolt in installation.
