We bolted the adapter kit to the firewall, then bolted the Tilton master cylinder to the adapter plate.
We didn’t like the idea of capping off the stock brake master cylinder, and running a separate clutch master cylinder was affecting our packaging of electronics in the engine bay, so we replicated the OEM layout of using the brake master reservoir for the clutch master. We did this with a Tilton Remote Inlet Fitting (PN: 3563) and Remote Brake Fluid Reservior Hose, 5/16” ID (PN: 3575-FOOT) from Pegasus Auto.
We had a custom clutch line made from Brown and Miller Racing Solutions to connect our Tilton Master Cylinder with the external clutch port on the Fisch Racing Tech bellhousing.
A 135* -3AN fitting attaches to the clutch master cylinder
A banjo fitting attaches to the bellhousing fitting on the Fisch Racing Tech Bellhousing.
Installed, the short clutch line travels from the master to the bellhousing of the transmission and into the Tilton HRB. The bleed nipple next to the banjo fitting quickly bleeds air out of the hydraulic release bearing.
With the Competition Clutch Triple Disc Organic Clutch and Fisch Racing Tech flywheel on our engine, and the CD009 transmission bolted up, we are finally ready to install the drivetrain into the FD. Stay tuned for the install!

This car is going to be amazing.
Any reason why you didn’t go with one of the Tilton twin disc options?
It was not available at the time and we are excited to see how this organic disc design and technology performs. It has the potential to have smooth engagement characteristics and excellent low-inertia response. Stay tuned for our review.
Hi guys i have a tilton hydraulic throwout bearing/slave cylinder and im using a Mcleod twin disk clutch and Tilton H2B flywheel. I went to bleed the system and the piston popped out without touching the the clutch. It has about 1mm gap with the piston fully extended. What can i do? Where can i get a spacer?
You are going to need to get a longer Tilton HRB piston and/or a threaded adjustment sleeve. Be sure to measure the gap and follow Tilton’s instructions for the fully compressed clearance requirements.
Sorry i forgot to mention its a Honda F20B mated to a B series transmission
