TOYOTA BOOTH:

The Toyota Dream Car Challenge invites five athletes to collaborate with well-known tuners to design and build a Toyota with the winner announced at SEMA.

CamRally Kyle Busch Motorsports 2013 “CamRally” and NASCAR driver Parker Kligerman partnered to build this entry painted in the nostalgic red, yellow, and orange Toyota Racing paint scheme. They equipped the Toyota V6 with a Turbonetics turbo, Spearco Intercooler, custom DSE intake and exhaust and DSE/Pro-FABrication downpipe, and AEM/Turbonetics ECU.  An aero package, roll cage, and racing seats complete this Camry’s rally racing prep.
Crusher CorollaThe Crusher Corolla is another Dream Car Challenge partnership between BMX rider Drew Bezanson and Skullcandy. The 2014 Corolla was outfitted with custom grind rails at the front and rear, rally wheels, and a rack that mounts two bikes along the Corolla’s back window. Storage for bike tools was built in the trunk as well as a pair of mountable speakers with light bars ready to light up and project music for a BMX show. The interior features custom iPad integration controls. I wasn't drunk when I took this; the paint job just about gave me a seizure.

2014 Ultimate Dream Ski 4Runner The 2014 Ultimate Dream Ski 4Runner built by Herbst Smith Fabrication with professional freestyle skier Simon Dumont and Oakley adds an Oakley camouflage-pattern wrap, oversized front grill, LED lights and a rugged, metal roof rack that can be electronically lowered to store two sets of skis.  Three iPads control the doors, music, and windows.  There is also a coffeemaker, dryer for each glove and boot, and a mountable grill in the rear cargo area to provide some comfort after a cold, wet day of skiing.

Let's Go Moto Tundra The 2014 Let’s Go Moto Tundra built by Joe Gibbs Racing Motocross, N-FAB Inc, and motocross athletes Josh Grant and Justin Brayton was the fan voted favorite at the Toyota Dream Car Challenge.
Let's Go Moto Truck Swapping in an 8’ truck bed from the rear half of the cabin back allows for storage for a motocross bike as well as a toolbox, spare gear, a power washer, helmet dryer, and hydrogen tanks.  In between races, riders can watch coverage on the three TV screens and down Red Bulls kept cold by the fridge.

Toyota Highlander TankedHighlander aquarium
The Toyota Highlander gives new meaning to SEMA: Tanked…  The 800 gallon salt water aquarium was supplied with 115 tropical fish (probably half floating at the surface by show’s end), and probably required a front loader to push in and out of the convention center (800 gallons of water isn’t light!) especially since the engine bay was taken over by plumbing for the custom built filtration system. This definitely rates up there in the WTF section, along with everything Kia brought…
DC Shoes Tacoma
2014 DC Shoes SnowReady Tacoma was built by Camburg Engineering to create the most extreme snow truck. The exterior was coated with Blizzard White Rhino lining to produce a durable body that can withstand punishing weather conditions. The fully hydraulic Meyer snowplow will provide access to the backcountry slopes. The bed includes a slide-out storage bin and a platform for loading a full-size snowmobile.  Racks on both sides of the truck can hold up to four snowboards and a number of skis.  A rooftop tent will accommodate several snow bunnies.

WCC BBQ TundraWest Coast Choppers’ Jesse James and Texas restaurateur Tim Love outfitted this 2014 Tundra with a pull out stainless steel drawer that holds a BBQ grill, Kitchen Aid oven, white oak chopping block, coolers and condiment drawers.
