I think the homologation on the Mustang must be very nice to Ford. The front suspension features unequal length A arms with all the correct geometry with fabricated uprights. Not much OEM left here, like perhaps none. |

The front antisway bar is a tubular unit with this cool quick adjust mechanism. Driver adjusted bars are not legal but the crew can adjust the bars in seconds. |

The T pin attach’s to a blade that goes to the upper control arm. The blade is inside the wheel well so you can’t see it. Pull the T pin and put it in another hole to change the orientation of the blade. Straight up and down is stiff, sideways is soft, in between is well in between. |

Lets see what sort of junk is in the trunk. |

Holy homologation batman! A Xtrac transaxle is back there to give really good weight distribution. The rear unibody is about gone and everything is replaced with a tube frame that integrates to the back of the cage we bet is underneath all the interior carbon panels! No beam axle, it’s all IRS with unequal length A arms and inboard mounted shocks with rising rate rocker arms! This is not anything close to a Mustang! |

The Xtrac uses straight cut dog gears, sequentially shifted with full ECU integration for no lift shifting. It probably has some sort of secret viscous/clutch LSD which is becoming the rage with DTM/ALMS cars. It is dry sumped and fully ridiculous as it costs more than your car. Probably more than two of your cars. |
