Solving Subaru EJ Oiling Issues for Good with IAG Performance!

The IAG pickup tube is made out of stainless steel that is 2x thicker than stock. It is also one mm bigger ID than stock for less restriction.

The flange is machined from 3/8″ stainless with a viton o-ring for a secure leak-free fit.

The pickup has a formed bottom so the screen cant collapse and an OEM mesh size screen to prevent debris from getting sucked in.

All welding is TIG and the thick and strong mounting bracket is held in at two points rather than one like the stock part. The pickup also fits Killer B oil pans with a spacer kit IAG part #IAG-ENG-2081-SP.

IAG’s combination of Pan, Windage Tray, and Baffle will improve power, improve overall oiling, reduce oil puking out the breathers and reduce oil consumption.  It will go a long way to reduce boxer engines’ inherent tendency to puke and churn their oil.  What more could you ask for?

  1. This looks like an extremely well though-out and executed oil pan. Seriously impressed with how nicely all the IAG engine parts are turning out.

I’ve seen a lot of aftermarket pans use “piano” hinged trap doors – is there much difference between those and the Viton flaps on this pan?

    1. It’s not even close to the same design other than it fits on an EJ engine. If you read the article and know what a Killer B pan looks like, it’s super obvious that it’s not even close.
