E46 BMW M3 Turbo: Part 3 – Clutch Master Twin Disc clutch and more MKC cars!

,

Here is a shot of the vacuum distribution block and FPR setup, which was nicely done at MKC.

Here’s another little sleeper. It looks just like an ordinary Nissan 370Z, doesn’t it? Personally, I really dig the looks of the 370Z over the 350Z. But let’s see why there’s more than meets the eye with this particular one tuned at MKC.

As I’ve always said, MKC specializes in boost. This 370Z runs a Stillen supercharger kit, which is good for a claimed 500bhp by Stillen. On MKC’s dyno, it put down 433 wheel horsepower on pump fuel. That’s a 13.4% drivetrain loss, which makes the 500bhp claim sound reasonable.

Here’s a close up of the Stillen water-to-air intercooler.

The Stillen kit utilizes a Vortech V-3 SCI supercharger.

Given the next car, some would say we’ve saved the best for last, at least when it comes to a Time Attack car. It’s probably not what you think, either…
