Denofa came back with his quintessentially aggressive angle and better line in his lead run using up the entire track. Stoneback makes a small steering correction on his lead run and Denofa advances.

TOP 16 BATTLE:
On his lead run, Gushi taps the guardrail halfway through the bank and Field spins to avoid Gushi, who finishes the run with no other issues. On his lead run, Field spins again and Gushi gets the win.
Slippery when wet! Goodin pirouettes in the last outside zone during his lead run but Wang is able to avoid making contact. During the chase, Goodin pulls a repeat performance and Wang moves on to the top 8.
