E36 LS3 kill switch
Not just a great view of some of the plumbing and the exterior kill switch, but you get a great idea of the much-needed modifications to front suspension geometry just by looking at the front strut towers. Not just the usual camber plates, but seriously notched towers for for even further alignment customization.
BMW LS3 conversion mounts
While it seems that you can get an LSx engine to fit into just about anything, it doesn’t meant they bolt straight up to existing mounts. Swaps have been done enough by now, however, that parts should be readily available for most chassis, like these custom machined mounts.
BMW M3 drift car Bilstein, Ground Control, SLR
The Bilstein PSS10 front coilovers may seem pretty standard along with the Ground Control Pillow Ball camber plates and notched strut towers for optimized alignments. Unlike the rear suspension, however, similarities to stock end there. The SLR Speed Ultra Angle Kit and AKG Lollipop front control arm mounts and bushings get the front of the car truly dialed in, and allow not only precise steering feedback, but tons of drift-required steering angle.
