The MPTCC “3 Bandidos” patiently waiting in grid for Saturday's race. We were placed in grid behind the Honda Challenge field for a flying start. Which was going to be interesting seeing as how the MPTCC field was faster in qualifying than the HC field. 
Heading out for the formation/warm up lap onto the oval from the hot pits. I love this shot, very much so the calm before the storm. 
The green flag dropped, Justin and I split the Honda Challenge field in opposite directions, which made for quite the start to the race. 
Getting around the large group of cars before turning in for NASCAR Oval turn 1, it was a mad dash to get in position before entering the infield. 
Justin's overall pace was quick and consistent. Despite my efforts to make up time under braking and throttle, It was difficult to keep up with the fact he was on superior grip tires and his oval speed. 
Project EF was strongest on the infield in the transitions, the light weight and great traction with the OS Giken LSD made up alot of time in the tight corners.
