Project 987.2 Cayman S: Cooling for the Track Part I with CSF Radiators

The hose slides in and the quick release clamp slides over it.

The fans and hoses are now all pre assembled and are ready to go back in the car.

The radiators and fan assemblies are bolted back in the car.  The bosses on the CSF radiators make this a snap.

The AC condensers and the air ducts are bolted back in place.

Since the splitter for our Verus Engineering aero system is going to close off the exit vents under the car for the center radiator, we are going to add a GT3 nose vent to let the high pressure air from the center radiator escape out the top of the car just like on Porsches exotic limited edition GT3 and GT4’s.  We are going to use this Rennline kit that makes the installation of a genuine GT3 nose vent a snap. The kit comes with a GT3 vent and this bumper cutting template.

We first taped off the area where we were going to install the vent on the bumper cover.
