Project 987.2 Cayman S: Cooling for the Track Part I with CSF Radiators

The template is then bolted onto the bumper cover in the postion we wanted it to be.  We then drilled holes into the bumper cover where we could place the blade of our jig saw.  Next we cut around the grooves in the template to make the perfect hole for the GT3 vent!  Super nice and super easy.

GT3 vents are just not for Porsches.  The Evasive 86 makes use of one to help with airflow through the intercooler.

Now there is a perfectly cut opening in the front bumper for the GT3 vent.

The vent is test fitted in the hole we just cut.

The tape is removed and the vent and the mesh are installed.

The nose section is now read to be put back on the car.
