Project Corvette Stingray C7 Z51: Keepin’ it Cool(er)

The hardlines attach to the auxiliary cooler.  From there it’s rubber to the engine mounted OEM water to oil heat exchanger itself.

The hose bibs are for OEM type quick release connectors.

The quick release connectors are preattached to the rubber hoses.  The hoses come with a tough nylon anti-chaffing sleeve.

The first step towards installing the auxiliary radiator is to remove the belly pan.

With the belly pan removed, the next step is to modify the stock lower radiator shroud so the auxiliary radiator can be mounted.

The auxiliary radiator comes with a plastic template to show you where to cut through the plastic lower radiator shroud.
