Project Corvette Stingray C7 Z51: Keepin’ it Cool(er)

We marked the lower shroud using the template, here’s the pattern we need to cut out.

Using a small air saw, Howard cuts out the lower radiator shroud.  Howard cuts the plastic slightly smaller than the marked perimeter at first.

Next Howard cleans up the hole and cuts it to the full size as shown by the template.

Next Howard drills out the holes for the mounting brackets.

The auxiliary radiator/heat exchanger is mounted into place and bolted down.

The supplied hardlines are attached to the heat exchanger.  Then the hoses are attached to the hardlines and routed toward the back of the engine.
