Here’s another look at it. Notice the two, red-painted screws to be removed (the second one is on the far side of the screwdriver sitting in the dark.

Now we can see the red screws a little bit better. Once the screws are removed, the switch can be pulled back.

At this point all you have to do is unplug the old switch and swap in the new one, and reinstall everything in reverse order. And you’re done! The entire process should take you nor more than 30minutes if it’s your first time (and probably 15minutes if you'd done it before).
