We liked the STI's stock brakes until we drove it with the Stoptechs. The Stoptech pedal is super firm and responsive. We think this is due to the stiffness of the caliper. This is one of the best pedals we have yet to feel on a Subaru. The firmness should make the brakes easy to modulate at the limit. The brakes are powerful and confidence inspiring.
Overall the Stoptech Trophy kit is a worthwhile addition to Project STI and we can't wait to try it on the track!
