We re-wired the knock sensors and covered them in Raychem DR-25 heat shrink.
We wired the Motec M150 ECU to have a separate sensor harness to not only control the new DBW throttle body, but to read the new wideband Lambda sensors, and everything from oil pressure to VTEC pressure, multiple oil temps, coolant pressure, fuel pressure, flex fuel, EGT, EMAP, and many more.
All of these channels go through the firewall with this bulkhead connector.
The engine bay sensor harness connects to the ECU via the bulkhead connector in the engine bay.
The mil-spec Raychem DR-25 covered sensor harness follows the main engine harness along the valve covers.

I forgot about this project! 9000+ rpm from an NSX is going to sound sweet.
Give us an update on Project Viper, too 😉
i’m interested in why you chose to run stock fuel lines/ filter but upgraded your pump for e85?
The upgraded fuel pump has not been installed yet (and has been changed since the original fuel pump article). An updated article on the new fuel pump and upgrading the whole fuel system from the lines to the filter, injectors, and rails will be featured in an upcoming article. Stay tuned!
