Project STurdteen: Prepping SR20DET Heads with Portflow Design

The Newen machine works much quicker and more efficiently than any human could ever move.

 

The biggest advantage of the Newen is that it is able to blend the steel valve seat into the combustion chamber and port wall. This gives much of the advantages of head porting but quickly and simply. 

 

Here you can see that the Dyechem has been removed by the cutter, exposing the continuous radius from the combustion chamber to the concentric valve seat, terminating into the combustion chamber. No sharp edges!

 

The Newen continues cutting the other valve seats.

 

Soon the valve job is officially complete!
