The Drift League 2020: Bigger & Better

Unfortunately, not everyone gets lucky during qualifying. George Kiriakopoulos hit the wall during his first initiation. Thankfully he was fine, but he was unable to get his car fix in time.
There was also a car show event called The ShowCar Showdown at Irwindale Speedway. It was a perfect addition for when there were track breaks in between practice and qualifying sessions. Everyone was welcome to come down and check out the amazing cars and chat with the people who set their cars up.

After a successful qualifying session the Top 16 drivers were announced. We started with 20 drivers, and now we are down to the Top 16. It is at this moment when we began the tandem battles. At the end of the night, we will have our winners for The Drift League Round One.

Javi Martinez in his purple 240sx and Jeffrey Le In his white 240sx. Jeffrey made a mistake during his chase run causing him to spin out. Javi took the win.
