The ARK Design Racing Spec exhaust is up next. This exhaust is designed for the most power and least amount of weight. Styling and noise suppression are secondary. The Racing Spec exhaust is intended for the hard core enthusiast that wants the most from their system with the least amount of compromise for streetability. Would it be super loud? We wondered.
The exhaust is straight, minimal bends and direct. It doesn't even attempt to match the dual exhaust styling of the stock exhaust with a single lightweight muffler. The exhaust is still nicely crafted from polished 304. No low grade stainless here!
The Racing Spec is about 60% lighter than the stock system. You can see how simplistic it is here.
Like the other ARK Design exhausts the Racing Spec's fit is perfect and and easy install.
Some people might find the empty slot in the rear bumper ugly but we think it looks cool and hardcore. The weight reduction is appreciated. The single perforated core straight through muffler guarantees very low backpressure.
