The control arm mounts are very close to ideally mounted on the stiffest points of triangulation on the tube chassis.
A custom Woodward steering rack is used with the perfect length to minimize bump steer.
The inner tie rod ends are located close to the line in between the inner pivots of the upper and lower control arms with a slight offset for Ackerman.
Like the rear, the front suspension uses Ohlins TTX 4-way adjustable coil-overs.
The TTX coil-over shocks are also mounted on weight jackers for cornerweight and ride height adjustment. A tubular Speedway Engineering sway bar is used with a solid billet arm on one side and a blade adjuster on the other.
GT3 rules limit the wheel size to 15×7. The Alfa uses magnesium center BBS wheels with a zero offset in the rear. 9″ Goodyear cantilevered slicks are used all around. A cantilevered tire is a way to get around the 7″ wide wheel rule. It’s a tire with a special sidewall that allows a wide tread on a narrow wheel.
