This 2003 Acura RSX looks great and attracts attention – whether in Canada or in the United States. Will enjoyed a great drive at Buttonwillow during the GTA Superlap Battle. From a car preparation standpoint, the PZ Tuning RSX is ready to race! The competitors were awesome!

The engine is kept cool with an aluminum Mishimoto radiator that is OEM sized, however, the driver's side was cut down and re-welded to provide the necessary clearance for turbo/intercooler piping. Tucked in the passenger front corner of the engine bay is a Setrab oil cooler. This combination has been working well with the RSX. Fuel is pumped to the engine via an Aeromotive Stealth 340 fuel pump. Donkey Power Injectors, flowing 2200 cc's, supply the fuel to the ported head. Porting was done by Will at PZ Tuning. Will’s RSX only runs on a custom blend of Shellbourne Fuels 110 octane. He is very impressed with the client support and advice that he has received from the folks at Shellbourne.

Will is extremely particular about the fuel for the PZ Tuning RSX. He only uses a custom blend of 110 octane that he gets from Shellbourne Fuels.

Will fabricated an equal length exhaust manifold to further showcase the quality work of PZ Tuning, combined with a 3″ downpipe that leads into a 3″ oval exhaust – custom built with Vibrant Performance parts. He chose oval piping for the exhaust to ensure that he could maintain good ground clearance. Vibrant Performance had all of the components necessary for creating an exhaust that provided great ground clearance yet also had awesome flow.

Like many other pieces on this car, Will fabricated the exhaust manifold for the RSX. Vibrant Performance has all of the piping required for such a project. Pic by Will Au-Yeung.
